What should I know about TED hair loss treatment?
TED boasts no discomfort, no trauma, and no shedding. TED is a quick treatment lasting up to 25 minutes and should not be painful. Instead, you should expect a warm sensation from the device and a ringing sound throughout the treatment. Because no needles are involved, there is no trauma to the scalp, so there should be no discomfort.
You’ll notice improvements as early as one month following your first treatment, but Dr. Sofonio may recommend additional treatments for optimal results. At least three treatments, one month apart, are generally recommended.
